By downloading or using Jeema (جيما), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the app and any subscriptions you purchase through it.
Jeema is a personal fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical service. All subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store — Jeema never processes payments directly.

Service Description
Jeema is an iOS fitness application that generates personalized training programs and allows you to log workouts, track progress, and view recovery insights. The app operates entirely on your device — there are no servers, no accounts, and no cloud sync.
Jeema is a fitness tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. You assume full responsibility for how you use the app.
Subscription Terms
Jeema offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through and managed entirely by Apple's App Store. Jeema does not process, store, or have access to any payment information.
Jeema has no access to your payment method or billing information. All charges, receipts, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account. For billing questions, contact Apple Support directly.
Acceptable Use
Jeema is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app or its content
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically access content from the app
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
Jeema and all of its contents — including but not limited to the app design, training program logic, exercise library, workout generation algorithms, graphics, icons, and text — are the exclusive property of Jeema and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription or use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal fitness tracking purposes.
Your personal workout data (the sets, reps, and weights you log) belongs to you. You can export it at any time via the app's export feature (Jeema Pro).
Limitation of Liability
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using Jeema, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Jeema is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or your participation in any exercise program suggested by the app.
Jeema is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any other adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeema's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any content is accurate or complete.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Jeema Pro features at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to abuse, circumvent, or exploit the app in ways not intended by these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ceases immediately. Because all app data is stored locally on your device, your workout history and personal data remain on your phone — we have no ability to delete it remotely. You may continue using the free tier of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. Simply cancelling your subscription or deleting the app constitutes termination of your use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and include a notice in the app on the next launch.
Your continued use of Jeema after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the app and cancel any active subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
